Did You Know That There is a Mongolian Solar Panel Maker?

I didn’t either, before reading this report at UBPost.

The company is called Sanko Solar Mongolia, and they have a capacity of manufacturing 77,000 panels of 130 watt capacity, which works out to about 10 MW a year.

Not enough for a trillion dollar solar energy project in the Gobi desert, but better than nothing. They can always add manufacturing capacity later if this really takes off.
