I wonder why you still don’t get some solar capacity on your site. It beats your present Diesel generators on price, and your hopes of getting power from China on reliability, and your plans for building your own coal plant on access to cheap finance.
I hear that you are applying for substantial World Bank funds and MIGA guarantees. I am sure building some solar would help with that, as well as with the way the public perceives your environmental impact.
